East 72nd Street project

This recently completed East 72nd Street project began as a full gut renovation, giving us the opportunity to rethink the apartment’s layout and create a home that feels more open, comfortable, and connected.

The new floor plan improves the natural flow between the living spaces while giving each room a clear purpose. As part of the complete home renovation, we redesigned the kitchen, bathrooms, powder room, bedrooms, and hallways with a consistent, contemporary look.

The kitchen remodeling features REM Dekton across the countertops and backsplash, creating a clean, seamless surface that balances durability with understated style.

Each bathroom was designed with its own personality while remaining connected to the rest of the apartment. Large-format Dekton Marmorio tiles bring a calm, refined feeling to the main bathroom, while the powder room makes a stronger statement with Stone+Sink finishes and Caesarstone 5000 London Grey. Throughout the bathroom remodeling, thoughtful layouts, streamlined fixtures, and carefully selected materials helped make each space feel both practical and inviting.

The finished apartment feels cohesive without feeling overly designed—a modern Upper East Side home shaped around how the owners live every day.
