For this Moore Street project, NYKB renovated two bathrooms with very different personalities, but the same warm, modern approach.
The first bathroom feels clean and calm, with large marble-look tiles, a dark floating vanity and textured wood accents that add warmth without making the space feel busy. The vanity was tucked into a softly lit niche, giving the room a more open and finished look.
For the second bathroom, we created a brighter, spa-like space using warm wood cabinetry, brushed-brass fixtures and a soft white palette. A herringbone mosaic wall adds texture behind the Americh bathtub, while the glass enclosure keeps the room feeling open. Illuminated shelves provide extra storage and bring a welcoming glow to the space.
Together, these two NYC bathroom renovations show how the right combination of materials, lighting and thoughtful storage can make every bathroom feel personal and comfortable.
