Project Manager Roy Blum and Designer Nick Kaess led the renovation of a contemporary kitchen in a Chelsea penthouse. The project required careful permitting, as well as coordination with all building rules. The firm installed high-end finishes and appliances, including a Grohe pot filler, Viking range top, Sub Zero refrigerator, Calacatta Nuvo Caesarstone countertops, and custom Ultracraft cabinetry. The new design maximizes every inch of the unit’s covetable kitchen space.”
