Champagne Metallic Cabinets with Brass-Tone Hardware
The kitchen features South Beach slab-panel cabinet doors specified in natural maple with a high-gloss Champagne Metallic finish. Their flat fronts create a continuous appearance along the galley, while elongated brass-tone handles add warmth against the neutral cabinetry.
Tall cabinets surround the integrated refrigerator, bringing appliance storage into the same visual composition. Dovetail plywood drawers with soft-close operation add a practical detail beneath the finished surfaces.
Silestone Ethereal Glow Countertops and Backsplash
Silestone Ethereal Glow was selected for the countertops and backsplash. Its pale background and fine veining introduce subtle pattern without overwhelming the narrow room.
The countertop extends across the peninsula, providing a preparation surface beside the sink. Using the same finish for the backsplash keeps the work areas visually connected, while under-cabinet lighting highlights the surface below.
The material palette also extends to the kitchen’s window-side radiator enclosure, specified with a polished Ethereal Glow stone top.
A Black Sink and Two-Tone Brizo Faucet
A coal-black Blanco Precis undermount sink creates a distinct contrast with the light countertop. Its undermount installation keeps the sink edge beneath the work surface for a clean transition.
The Brizo Litze pull-down faucet combines Matte Black with Brilliance Luxe Gold accents. Its angled spout and knurled handle introduce texture, while the gold detailing relates to the cabinet hardware. A matching coal-black strainer completes the sink, with a folding stainless steel drying grid providing an additional everyday accessory.
Appliances Within the Galley Layout
A 30-inch stainless steel Smeg gas range anchors the cooking area, with an over-the-range microwave above it to preserve countertop space.
The appliance selection also includes a 36-inch integrated French-door refrigerator-freezer and a 24-inch Miele dishwasher. Cabinet panels on the refrigerator maintain continuity with the surrounding tall storage, while stainless steel at the cooking area provides contrast.
A Coordinated Finish from Kitchen to Window
The renovation carries its attention to detail beyond the main cabinets. Radiator enclosures specified in Repose Grey with a low-sheen finish give the window areas a coordinated appearance, with ventilation grilles incorporated into the covers.
