The apartment was bland with a very basic old bathroom, a plain and simple living room and an old classic standard kitchen.

During the renovation, the complete bathroom, kitchen and hallways were ripped out, the plumbing redone as well as fixing up electricity including rewiring and ensuring better safety. throughout the work, mess was relatively minimal and with no damages.

The completed apartment is outstanding. One wonders where the space came from to design and install such a kitchen. Previously under utilised the kitchen now includes an island with bar stools,The and space for every appliance needed. The bathroom is a modern attractive small complete bathroom and the previous dark dreary living room has been transformed into a bright spacious home room.
