Scope of Work

Transforming a compact New York City bathroom into a bright, modern, and highly functional space, this complete bathroom renovation features a timeless design with premium materials, custom storage solutions, and elegant finishes throughout.

The project included a full gut renovation of the existing bathroom, followed by the installation of large-format marble-look porcelain wall and floor tile to create a seamless, luxurious appearance while minimizing grout lines and maintenance requirements. A new bathtub and frameless glass shower enclosure were installed to maximize natural light and visually expand the space.

A custom dark wood vanity was selected to provide contrast against the bright tile surfaces, complemented by a quartz countertop with an integrated sink for a clean, contemporary aesthetic. A recessed mirrored medicine cabinet was installed to increase storage capacity without sacrificing floor space, while modern chrome plumbing fixtures and accessories add a refined finishing touch.

Additional improvements included a new comfort-height toilet, upgraded lighting fixtures, GFCI electrical outlets, ventilation improvements, waterproofing systems, and fresh paint throughout. Every detail was carefully planned to enhance functionality, durability, and long-term performance while maintaining a sophisticated and timeless design.
