Scope of Work
This bathroom remodeling project in NYC focused on transforming a dated space into a warm, modern, and functional bathroom. The renovation included full demolition of the existing finishes, preparation of the walls and floors, and careful protection of the surrounding areas throughout the job. New plumbing was installed to support the updated layout, along with a new one-piece toilet and a full matte black shower system that includes both a rain head and a handheld.
The shower and tub area was completely redesigned. Large-format concrete-style porcelain tiles were installed for a clean contemporary look, paired with warm vertical fluted wood style panels that bring texture and contrast to the space. The tub was rebuilt, and a new matte black sliding shower door system was added. The shower floor was constructed with mosaic tiles to ensure better grip and drainage.
On the vanity wall, large-format tiles continue behind the custom wood vanity, which features a quartz countertop and a round white vessel sink with a matte black faucet. A recessed mirrored medicine cabinet was integrated cleanly into the wall tile to provide additional storage while keeping a minimalist appearance. Above the vanity, new electrical work was completed to install a modern LED linear light fixture that provides soft, even illumination.
The windows received updated privacy film with a geometric square pattern, allowing natural light while maintaining discretion. All walls and ceilings were finished with moisture-resistant bathroom-grade paint, followed by installation of accessories and a full cleanup at completion.
All materials, finishes, and fixtures for this bathroom remodeling project were selected with the client in our showroom, resulting in a cohesive, intentional design from start to finish.
