At NYKB we do our best to get in and out quickly. Our crew is instructed to create as little an inconvenience as possible and our project managers always look for ways to work around your schedule. The NYKB team will even go as far as to look for alternate locations to place your fridge for the time being, we will even move it for you. We also do our best to ensure that your neighbors are not inconvenienced by the noise and we reach out to them to make sure that they are happy throughout the renovation process. Finally, you want to make sure that you are fully aware of the insurance and warranties that each company provides. Do they guarantee their work? Will they replace any broken parts? Will they come back in a couple of weeks if something is out of place? Do you trust the men and women working in your house?
