NYKB is committed to serving New York City through impeccable home design and renovation services. Our showroom, located in New York City’s Flatiron District, is the hub from where we plan and carry-out our client’s home design goals; It is our pleasure to welcome our community there. Unfortunately, to comply with Governor Andrew Cuomo’s ‘New York State on PAUSE’ Executive Order, we are closing our showroom as of Monday, March 23.
In spite of this, the NYKB Team remains committed to being a resource for the NYC community. As such, our staff will remain available through our website, email and by phone. NYKB designers, project managers and key staff members will continue to work remotely and can be reached at their respective email addresses. We will answer you as soon as possible during our normal operating hours, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM from Monday-Thursday; 10:00 AM-6:00 PM on Friday and Sunday.

Perry Hiiman
Perry Hiiman was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel. He planted his roots in Manhatten, New York in 1992. A few years later, Perry met his wife and had three lovely daughters. Perry has always been excited about home improvement and design. He has been in the service industry for over 25 years. Perry and his partner founded New York Kitchen and Bath in 2001. They pioneered the One Stop Shop concept of home improvement and design firms. In addition, Perry is a New York State licensed contractor, OSHA certified, and a New York State licensed mold assessor. He specializes in custom design and is genuinely passionate about what he does—bringing people’s dream projects to life.
