Full Home Renovation Completed at 109 Greene Street

NYKB does it again!  We have surpassed all expectations in the complete remodel of this Greene St. apartment.  Following the ingenious design of NYKBs Barbara Fiume, Steve Babus and his team have produced a masterpiece. From the complete gutting of the apartment down to the custom built-in closets and lighting, you’ll notice our attention to detail throughout the apartment.  With windows on only one wall, we managed to create a layout that harnesses the air and light for use throughout.

In the kitchenette, floor to ceiling cabinetry and fully integrated appliances create a seamless look and provide much needed storage space. Clean lines and white contrasting tiles give an uncluttered appearance.

The built in living room furniture includes audio visual and storage solutions while creating a sleek modern look. Prefinished Flooring in a dark tone adds warmth and character and is proven to have great wear resistance.

The custom stairway uses minimal space while maximizing style

In this bathroom, we used a dark floral tile on the accent wall to add interest and beauty without overwhelming the space. We used pale grey base tiles and white furnishings to balance the look. Glass shower doors contribute to the open feeling and integrated niches on the wall create space for some well placed accessories and bathroom essentials.

The right lighting can create the perfect finishing touch.  In the kitchen we added pendulum lights along with the spots to add warmth and character.  In the bathroom, wall mounted sconces complete the look, while an interesting pendant light adds a touch of sophistication over the stairs. When creating your dream home you want someone who will care about the big picture and also pay attention to all the fine points of the plan.  At NYKB every detail of your construction plan is created and followed professionally with precision.

The goal of renovation and remodeling is to ensure satisfaction upon completion of your project. Construction can be very frustrating, and without a professional contractor, things can go wrong.
