Double Bathroom remodel on the Upper West Side

In this recent renovation NYKB completely remodeled two bathrooms in an apartment on 83rd West Street on the Upper West Side. We also gave this Manhattan apartment a face lift with some small improvements that effect big change. Staining all the doors a dark color added practicality, elegance and sophistication. The newly installed base molding frames the elegant dark wood floor at the entry. A coat of fresh paint provides the finishing touch.

In both bathrooms we used varied sizes of glass tile to add interest and brighten the room.

Here rectangular lilac glass tiles pair with small iridescent white ones to create this bright, beautiful effect. A graceful pedestal sink and charming glass light fixtures complete the look.

A nice size vanity fits perfectly at the entry to this small bathroom. The white tiles make the room feel larger, while the black and white contrasting ones add interest.

Bathroom niches are expertly integrated into these bathrooms. They give a seamless look and provide contrast and sophistication while creating space for shower essentials and knickknacks.

The goal of renovation and remodeling is to ensure satisfaction upon completion of your project. Construction can be very frustrating, and without a professional contractor, things can go wrong.
